IMPORTANT DATES

The annual HOA meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 7 p.m. via Zoom
Look for the highway trucks driving through your neighborhood starting the week of 11/3/25. The crews work their way through the town picking up your leaves in paper bags. They will continue to cover the entire town until all leaves are picked up or the snow falls. The use of paper bags for leaf pickup is required.
The 2025 dues remain the same as last year ($250/single family homes & $125/duplex). Please add a note to your calendar to pay by 02/28/25. Pay your dues via Zelle hoa@briercliffhomeowners.com or mail to: Briercliff Homeowners Association, PO Box 461, Hamburg, NY 14075.
