• HOA BOARD MEETING was held on Sunday, June 22nd, 2025 at 6 p.m. The minutes from the 06/22/25 meeting are posted under the Minutes/Documents tab.  There is a board position open - please contact any board member or officer if you're interested.   

IMPORTANT DATES

• Large trash pickup reminder - Pickup is scheduled for Thursday, July 24th, 2025.  Please put your trash out at the curb no sooner than Wednesday evening, July 23rd, 2025. Reminders will also be sent via email and Facebook.

• Brush pickup reminder - Pickup is the week beginning July 14th, 2025. If you have any questions, please call the highway department at             649-7700.

• The 2025 dues remain the same as last year ($250/single family homes & $125/duplex).  Please add a note to your calendar to pay by 02/28/25.  Pay your dues via Zelle hoa@briercliffhomeowners.com or mail to: Briercliff Homeowners Association, PO Box 461, Hamburg, NY 14075.
