• HOA BOARD MEETING was held on Sunday, September 28th, 2025 at 6 p.m. The minutes from the 09/28/25 meeting are posted under the Minutes/Documents tab.  There is a board position open - please contact any board member or officer if you're interested.   

IMPORTANT DATES

• Large trash pickup reminder - Pickup is scheduled for Thursday, October 23rd, 2025.  Please put your trash out at the curb no sooner than Wednesday evening, October 22nd,  2025. Please note, this is the last large trash pickup of 2025Reminders will also be sent via email and Facebook.

• Brush pickup reminder - Pickup is the week beginning Monday, October 13th, 2025. If you have any questions, please call the highway department at  649-7700.

• The 2025 dues remain the same as last year ($250/single family homes & $125/duplex).  Please add a note to your calendar to pay by 02/28/25.  Pay your dues via Zelle hoa@briercliffhomeowners.com or mail to: Briercliff Homeowners Association, PO Box 461, Hamburg, NY 14075.
